Product details

With the Rubus ideaus Fallgold raspberry plant, you can grow not only delicious raspberries in your garden, but these raspberries also have a special color: gold! The color may give the impression that they are less sweet, but that is not true, as they are even sweeter than red raspberries. The Rubus ideaus raspberry plant grows well in the garden or on the balcony and is hardy. It blooms from late May to July with small clusters of white flowers. Later in the summer, the delicious golden raspberries follow. The Rubus ideaus also attracts butterflies and bees, bringing life to your garden!

Care
The Rubus ideaus is an easy plant to start with in the vegetable garden. It bears fruit at a young age and is self-pollinating. Raspberry bushes love airy, slightly acidic soil that is preferably rich in humus to provide the necessary nutrients. The soil should be kept free of weeds. Additionally, the plant prefers a sunny to partially shaded location. The branches should be pruned back to about 10 cm above the ground in winter.
