Product details

The ranunculus, also known as buttercup, is a rewarding summer bloomer that can be enjoyed for months. In this mix, you will receive 40 ranunculus bulbs in beautiful soft pastel colors. The plants bloom all summer long from July until the first frost. Ranunculus grow to about 30-40 cm tall, making them well-suited for borders. The lovely flowers are also excellent as cut flowers and last a long time in a vase. Therefore, ranunculus are very popular among florists and are often used in weddings. The bulbs can be planted from March to May and from September to December. Store the bulbs in a frost-free place after flowering, and you can enjoy them for many years.

Care
Ranunculus can be planted in spring and autumn. Dig a spacious planting hole, loosen the soil, and fill the hole with good potting soil. Carefully place the bulbs in the planting hole and cover them with 3-5 cm of soil. The planting distance between the bulbs should be 5-10 cm. Water the bulbs immediately after planting. Ranunculus bloom most abundantly in full sun and combine well with perennials and other bulb varieties. The mixed flowers are a real eye-catcher in the garden bed.
