Pferd Grinding wheel

Universally applicable for surface treatment of small and medium surfaces of metals, such as removal of pre-grinding marks, oxidation, and light deburring work. Achieve matte and satin finishes. Drive types include flexible shaft drive, straight grinder, angle grinder, and battery angle grinder. Applications consist of roughening, deburring, surface finishing, cleaning, weld seam finishing, structuring (matting, line matting, and satin finishing), and gradual fine grinding. Recommendation for use: when grinding, the addition of oil or water results in an even finer surface, cooler grinding, and longer service life. Suitable materials include aluminum, cobalt-based alloys, nickel-based alloys (e.g., Inconel and Hasteloy), bronze, titanium, titanium alloys, copper, brass, stainless steel (INOX), thermoplastics, fiber-reinforced thermosets (GRP, CFRP), hardened, quenched and tempered steels above 1,200 N/mm2 (above 38 HRC), steel materials with a hardness above 54 HRC, and steels up to 1,200 N/mm2, including cast steel.
