Pferd Grinding stars

Suitable for cleaning, deburring, and fine grinding of inner surfaces and contours for materials such as stainless steel (INOX), steel, aluminum, and other materials. The grinding fleece is arranged in star-shaped layers stacked on top of each other and connected at the center. It is particularly well-suited for tight working areas such as holes, recesses, and hard-to-reach spots.

• Application recommendation: For best performance, use at a recommended cutting speed of 10-20 m/s. This achieves an ideal compromise between material removal rate, surface quality, thermal load on the workpiece, and tool wear.

• Safety notes: The maximum allowable peripheral speed is 32 m/s. The specified maximum allowable speed must never be exceeded for safety reasons.
