PFERD Surface Grinding Wheel Polifan, 180 K 36 (PFC 180 Z 36 SGP-Strong)

Cone type, abrasive material: zirconia aluminum oxide Z, for steel. Grit size 36 is ideal for rough work on steel, such as reworking weld seams. Grit size 50 is excellent for edge work, including beveling and deburring. This wheel offers fast processing and consistently aggressive grinding until the last grain. It is highly economical due to the increased work volume per unit of time and the maximum possible material removal rates. The wheel has lower disc consumption and an extremely long lifespan, resulting in fewer tool changes and shorter setup times. It optimally utilizes the power of your high-performance grinding machine. The best results are achieved with pneumatic turbine grinders and powerful electric angle grinders.
