PFERD Felt Polishing Stick Shape ZYA, 8x10/3 (FK ZYA 0810/3)

Shape ZYA (Cylinder). For pre-polishing and high-gloss polishing of injection molds for plastic parts, high-gloss polishing of stainless steel components (INOX), pre-polishing of fittings, and polishing of carbide cutting tools. Felt tools are used in conjunction with diamond polishing pastes and polishing paste bars. When changing the polishing paste, the polishing tool must also be replaced. The shape ZYA is primarily used with the tool range. The ST-BO version with a front hole is particularly suitable for front-side use. Recommended cutting speed is 5-10 m/s.
