Product details

Cloth rings with shank are used with polishing pastes for pre-polishing, gloss polishing, and high gloss polishing in tool and mold making. Cloth rings with shank are available in three types:

  • BW (cotton) for very fine high gloss polishing, dust removal, and polishing off
  • FZ (felt cloth) for pre-polishing and gloss polishing in conjunction with appropriate polishing pastes
  • FL (flannel) for polishing off, gloss polishing, and high gloss polishing in conjunction with appropriate polishing pastes.

Drive types include flexible shaft drive and straight grinder.

Applications:

  • Polishing.

Recommendations for use:

  • When polishing, ensure that the tool does not overheat.
  • Ensure sufficient quantity of polishing paste.
