The advantages of the polyamide (PA) plastic frame: Polyamide is a very high quality plastic (pure nylon base, free of heavy metals and not hazardous to water); elastic (thermoelastic) and adapts to the natural swelling of the bristles; highly tear-resistant; no bursting or bending of a sheet metal seam and thus longer durability; manufactured without environmentally harmful galvanic coating processes (copper, nickel, brass, solder); rust-free; no rust streaks when painted; liquid-tight due to full bonding with epoxy two-component adhesive.
