The polyamide (PA) plastic frame offers several advantages: it is a very high-quality plastic (pure nylon base, free of heavy metals and not hazardous to water), elastic (thermoelastic) and adapts to the natural swelling of the bristles, highly tear-resistant, and prevents bursting or bending of a sheet metal seam, ensuring longer durability. It is manufactured without environmentally harmful galvanic coating processes (copper, nickel, brass, solder), rust-free, and does not leave rust streaks when painted. The brush is liquid-tight due to full bonding with epoxy two-component adhesive.
