Made from quality steel grade C 45E according to DIN 17200. Forged head with induction heat treatment of working surfaces (54 HRC). Finely polished working parts. Epoxy powder coating applied using an electrostatic process, followed by baking. Forged in a die and precision ground. Carefully hardened and properly tempered. Neatly painted and rust-protected through powder coating. The rail and pin are finely ground by hand. With a double-curved ash or hickory handle. Hickory grip: high-density hardwood suitable for intensive or frequent use. The nozzle is produced by a hydraulic machine, with a tension sensor measuring the performance of the nozzle on each product, followed by a pressure sensor controlling the resin installation. Ash handle: high flexibility, particularly contributing to whip-like action and vibration absorption. PEFC label (from sustainably managed forests).
