The VHM cutter INOX from Neriox is a highly developed tool specifically designed for machining stainless steels and other demanding materials. With an AlTiN coating, this cutter offers improved wear resistance and heat resistance, resulting in a longer lifespan and higher efficiency during machining. The cutter has a diameter of 16 mm and a working length of 32 mm, making it ideal for precise applications. The unequal pitch and the unequal helix angle of 35/38° reduce vibration and enhance surface quality. With four cutting edges and a center cut, this cutter is versatile and suitable for both corner and groove machining. The shank tolerance of h6 and the cutting edge tolerance of h10 ensure high precision during use.
