HSS-E, left-fluted, right-cutting, cutting tolerance 0/+0.003…0/+0.005, cylindrical (without face, HA), number of teeth 4-6, DIN 212B

Design:
HSS-E machine reamer in highly precise design. With a medium-length cutting edge and cylindrical shank with tolerance h8. The left spiral, combined with the right cutting action, helps to deliver the lubricant directly to the cutting edges. This promotes lubrication and cooling and ensures that the chips are pushed forward. All of this contributes to ensuring a perfect surface finish of the holes.

Application:
Well suited for reaming through holes and can be used universally in all ISO material groups, but only up to a maximum tensile strength of the material being processed of 1,000 N/mm2.
