Blades: forged from high-alloy Mn-Cr steel and heat-treated to 59 HRC. Handles: ergonomic with oval cross-section stained and waxed. Blade widths: 6, 10, 12, 16, 20 and 26 mm. Fully ground and sharpened. The requirements of DIN 5139 are met.
