Molto 2K wood replacement

For thin and thick layer repairs of wooden damage areas that are subjected to extreme stress. For patching and replacing chipped, broken, and rotten wood parts. Provides a firm hold for broken metal parts (hinges, concealed hinges, piano hinges, locks, handles, and screws). For bonding wood to wood and to other materials such as metal, ceramics, stone, glass, etc. For filling notches, cracks, joints, knots, and drill holes. For reshaping damaged wood profiles (molding strips, picture frames, profiled beams, turned wood, etc.). Important: Not suitable for statically stressed components.

Preparation: Clean substrates thoroughly. Remove rotten and weathered wood down to the healthy layer. Completely remove poorly adhering coatings.

Application: Mix the differently colored components 1 (resin) and 2 (hardener) in a 1:1 ratio with a spatula until a uniform color is achieved. The mixture can be processed for 30 minutes. Firmly press and smooth Molto 2K wood replacement into the damaged area with a spatula or putty knife. For filling particularly deep holes, apply multiple layers, ensuring that each lower layer is fully dried before applying the next.
