Elegant, young design is combined with mobility and user-friendliness in the new MobiCook by indu+ product line. The MobiCook Solo Cook kitchen trolley shines with a cooktop of the latest induction generation
that includes two cooking zones. It is also equipped with a cutting board and a knife holder made of beech, which can also be removed as required. There is plenty of space on the shelf and in the drawers for all the necessary kitchen utensils and the two castors make the kitchen trolley easily movable on all surfaces, so that its location can be easily moved from inside to outside.
Induction technology enables the pot and food to be heated much faster than glass ceramic hobs, for example. Due to the way they work, induction hobs not only heat the bottom but also the side walls of the cooking pot or pan, so that the heat is distributed evenly. The short reaction time of the plate allows an exact heat dosage that can be compared to a gas hob. Since the induction hob does not heat itself, but only heats up through the reflection of the cookware, burnt-in liquids and burnt-on ingredients are a thing of the past. Any spillage can simply be wiped away. It also has the great advantage of minimising the risk of injury from the lack of heat, especially for children. If the plate registers overflow, small objects or an empty pot, it switches off automatically (auto-stop). Energy loss due to heat radiation is avoided, as the hob only emits energy where the cookware is located and does not heat the entire available surface (Auto Power). Energy savings of up to 30% are possible with this technology.
Induction-capable pots are required for this cooktop.
The intuitive control system allows you to control the cooking zones easily and precisely just by touching the display with your finger. Thus, no knobs or buttons disturb the puristic and straightforward design. There are 9 heating levels plus booster (in the rear cooking zone) available, which are shown on the backlit display. Both timers, which can be used simultaneously, reliably remind you when the cooking time has elapsed, making kitchen life easier. With the bridge function, the two cooking zones are connected, creating a large zone where you can work with large pots and pans.
