The Metabo Unitized Fleece Compact Disc is a high-quality grinding fleece made from compressed fleece material. It has been specifically designed to clean and pre-polish surfaces as well as to grind weld seams. This versatile disc reduces the number of required work steps and is suitable for a variety of materials, including alloyed and high-alloy steels, non-ferrous and light metals, as well as chrome and nickel steels and titanium. The fleece compact disc can also be profiled with a profiling file, enhancing its adaptability and efficiency. With a maximum speed of 6,000 RPM and a recommended speed of 3,000 RPM, it offers high performance and flexibility for various applications. The disc has a diameter of 150 mm, a thickness of 6 mm, and a bore of 25.4 mm, making it a practical tool for professional and industrial applications.
