MEM Repair asphalt

The Mem Repair Asphalt is a ready-to-use asphalt mixture designed for filling potholes. It is characterized by its intense effectiveness and highest quality.

Properties and Areas of Application: This cold-applied mixture is ideal for repairing road damage, sealing openings, and creating ramps. It is suitable for both private and public areas and can be applied on damp surfaces. The mixture has high compatibility with bitumen-containing construction materials and contains no volatile solvents.

Intense Effectiveness: The Mem Repair Asphalt consists solely of environmentally friendly raw materials and is recyclable. It has a grain size of 0/3 mm and hardens in combination with water after a very short time. The mixture is immediately stable and trafficable after compaction and can be easily overlaid with asphalt. Furthermore, it is both frost-resistant and weather-resistant and can be installed without the use of machinery.

Easy Processing: For effective application, damaged areas or openings should be straightened at the edges beforehand and cleaned of dust, dirt, and loose materials. For concrete or unfavorable substrates, adhesion can be improved by using Mem Primer.

Consumption: Depending on compaction, approximately 25 kg/m² per cm of installation thickness.
