The perfect sealant for the entire house, even for extreme outdoor applications. Suitable for small leaks, critical connection areas, seams, and more. Conveniently packaged in a user-friendly cartridge. Mem Gum Dicht is permanently highly flexible, crack-bridging, UV-resistant, compatible with bitumen and silicone, fiber-reinforced, and silicone-free. It becomes completely waterproof immediately, even in rain, snow, and frost. Applicable on all common load-bearing and solid construction substrates without a primer, including damp, absorbent, and non-absorbent surfaces.
