Lutz Pump set acids

The Lutz pump set for acids facilitates the safe dispensing of acids and is electrically operated. It works effortlessly at a submersion depth of 1000 or 1200 millimeters. This pump set is designed for the safe dispensing of low-viscosity acids such as hydrochloric acid, battery acid, iron(III) chloride, phosphoric acid, chromic acid, or citric acid. It also demonstrates high productivity and safety when working with fuming media and corrosive vapors. Thanks to its ergonomic and user-friendly design, it offers practical handling comfort.

The installed universal motor is an externally ventilated 460-watt MA II 3 motor. The pump unit is made of PP 41-L-DL HC in polypropylene with a shaft made of Hastelloy. The PVC spiral hose is two meters long. The flow rate is 78 liters per minute, and the submersion depth is designed for 1000 or 1200 millimeters.
