Silicone conductor cable designed for use in areas with high ambient temperatures, where conventional insulation materials become brittle after a short period. Typical applications for the 0.75 mm² single conductor include control cabinet construction, device and apparatus manufacturing, the electric motor industry, sauna and solarium construction, lighting technology, fan manufacturing, climate technology, oven construction, plastic processing, as well as generator and transformer manufacturing. The cold-resistant silicone cable consists of a finely stranded, tinned copper conductor with a silicone-based insulation sheath. The single conductor is also suitable for use with heating elements. Since the mechanical properties of finely stranded conductors decrease at temperatures above +100°C in the absence of air, adequate ventilation must be ensured.
