The HSS Hand Tapping Set M from Ks-Tools is a precise toolset specifically designed for threading in various materials. This set includes three taps suitable for creating M2x0.4 threads. Made from high-performance high-speed steel, these taps offer high strength and durability, making them ideal for use in unalloyed and low-alloy steels, as well as in cast iron and non-ferrous metals. The taps are manufactured according to DIN 352 and comply with the tolerance class ISO 2/6H, ensuring accurate thread formation. With a length of 36 mm, they are compact and easy to use for both through and blind holes. The back-ground flanks provide improved cutting performance and a clean thread.
