The HSS Hand Tapping Set M from Ks-Tools is a precise toolset specifically designed for threading in various materials. This set includes three hand taps manufactured according to the DIN 352 standard, featuring a tolerance in accordance with ISO 2/6H. The right-hand cutting taps are ideal for creating through and blind hole threads. They are made from high-performance high-speed steel, ensuring high durability and efficiency during use. The back-ground flanks of the taps provide improved cutting performance and a clean thread. This set is particularly suitable for unalloyed and low-alloy steels with a strength of up to 800 N/mm², as well as for ductile cast iron and non-ferrous metals. The uncoated surface of the taps helps reduce friction and wear, extending the lifespan of the tools.
