M03Speed fine adjustment head

Design: Dynamic balancing in the slider for high rotational speeds. Modular system structure. Fine adjustment without additional clamping. With ABS connection for maximum interchangeability accuracy. Quick coarse adjustment by adjusting the turning tool. Targeted internal coolant supply to the cutting edge. The smallest feed steps in the micrometer range, within the fine adjustment range of 0.25 - 0.6 mm in diameter, depending on the rotational area. The fine adjustment steps are 0.002 mm in diameter per subdivision. High resolution allows for easy adjustment and readability without a vernier scale. Note: Additional cutting holders, for reverse machining and with other angles of 15°, 30°, 45°, etc., are available on short notice. Please order change bridges, cutting carriers, and indexable cutting inserts separately.
