This ensures outstanding performance and longevity, even under extreme machining conditions. The design allows for excellent dimensional accuracy, making it ideal for precise applications. Additionally, the use of identical internal and external inserts reduces inventory costs. The drill is suitable for off-axis drilling with a maximum offset of 0.25 mm and offers a drilling tolerance of ⌀D − 0.1 / + 0.3 mm. It comes with clamping screws but without indexable inserts and is designed for use with various insert numbers.
