KUB Pentron® indexable insert solid drill 4×D cylindrical shank

The KUB Pentron® indexable insert drill from Komet is a highly developed tool designed for demanding drilling applications. With optimal base body strength and a special surface treatment, this drill offers outstanding performance and longevity. It ensures excellent dimensional accuracy, even under the most challenging drilling conditions. The design allows for reduced inventory costs, as identical internal and external inserts can be used. Additionally, drilling with an axial displacement of up to 0.25 mm is possible, which increases flexibility and precision in application. The drill is suitable for extreme machining situations and is supplied with clamping screws, but without indexable inserts. The use of insert numbers 236605 to 236610 is recommended for achieving the best results.
