The adjustable wrench replaces a set of wrenches, both metric and imperial. The smooth jaws allow for gentle installation of surface-finished fittings and work directly on chrome. It is also excellent for gripping, holding, pressing, and bending workpieces. There is no edge damage to sensitive fittings due to the play-free, full-surface contact. The quick adjustment with the push of a button occurs directly on the workpiece, preventing unintended adjustments of the gripping jaws and slippage of the joint. The stroke between the gripping jaws enables quick tightening and loosening of screw connections using a ratcheting principle. High clamping force is achieved through a tenfold amplification of hand force. The adjustable wrench offers various capacities for half-moon, mm², connection square, square, stepped square, triangular, hexagonal, and round shapes.
