Forged from special tool steel, the blade achieves a hardness of approximately 61 HRC along its entire working length through a salt bath heat treatment.
Necessary sharpening before first use
Before working with the tool for the first time, the blade must be honed with a sharpening stone at a 25° cutting angle to achieve a razor-sharp edge.
Rust protection through regular oiling
To protect the tool from moisture and rust, it is recommended to clean the blade with a lightly oil-impregnated cloth after every use.
