Boltless pipe shelves with a shelf height of 2496 mm, shelf width of 960 mm, and shelf depth of 995 mm. These shelves are particularly user-friendly and flexible, designed for bulky goods to provide better visibility of stored products and suitable for areas with sprinkler systems. Double-sided use is possible as no cross bracing is required. They are manufactured in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of the European FEM 10.2.06 and Eurocode III.

The shelf stands are made of square steel tubes measuring 50 x 30 x 1.5 mm and are coated with a light gray RAL 7035 plastic finish. They include galvanized metal base plates (110 x 50 x 3 mm) for floor mounting, with mounting holes of Ø 13 mm. Screws and dowels are to be provided by the customer. The basic adjustment grid is 62.5 mm.

The pipe shelves consist of square steel tubes (35 x 20 x 1.25 mm and 20 x 20 x 1 mm) and are coated in blue RAL 5015. Each shelf consists of 5 steel tubes.

The external dimensions for the base shelf are a width of 1060 mm plus 1310 mm, while the extension shelf measures 1010 mm plus 1260 mm. The shelf width including base plates for the base shelf is 1120 mm plus 1370 mm, and for the extension shelf, it is 1010 mm plus 1260 mm. The shelf depth is the shelf depth plus 10 mm, and the shelf depth including base plates is the shelf depth plus 20 mm.

The load capacity values apply with even load distribution. Additional shelves are possible if the specified maximum field load is adhered to.
