Bolt-free shelving system with a shelf height of 2496 mm, shelf width of 960 mm, and shelf depth of 595 mm. This shelf is particularly user-friendly and flexible, featuring steel tube shelves designed for bulky goods, which allows for better visibility of stored products and takes sprinkler systems into account. It allows for double-sided use, as no diagonal braces are required. Manufactured in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of the European FEM 10.2.06 and Eurocode III.

The shelf stand consists of square steel tubes measuring 50 x 30 x 1.5 mm, coated in light grey RAL 7035. It includes galvanized metal base plates (110 x 50 x 3 mm) for floor mounting, with floor mounting holes of Ø 13 mm. Screws and dowels are required on-site. The floor adjustment grid is 62.5 mm. The tube plates are made of square steel tubes (35 x 20 x 1.25 mm and 20 x 20 x 1 mm) and are plastic-coated in blue RAL 5015, with 5 steel tubes per shelf.

The external dimensions include a base shelf width of 1060 mm + 1310 mm for the extension shelf and 1010 mm + 1260 mm for the extension shelf. The shelf width including base plates for the base shelf is 1120 mm + 1370 mm, and for the extension shelf, it is 1010 mm + 1260 mm. The shelf depth is the shelf depth + 10 mm, and the shelf depth including base plates is the shelf depth + 20 mm.

The values for the safe load capacity apply with uniform load distribution. Additional shelves can be added as long as the specified maximum field load is adhered to.
