Product details

Professional strapping set, including a tensioner and sealer, strap dispenser, and strap. The strap length is 3000 m and the strap width is 13 mm. This professional strapping set is designed for high demands and accommodates different core diameters for sleeveless strapping.

The set consists of:

  • Semi-automatic tensioning and sealing device (manual tensioning and automatic sealing of the strap) with a tensioning force of up to 2000 N
  • Mobile strap dispenser for roll width up to 150 mm and core diameters of 200, 280, or 406 mm, in red
  • 3000 m coil of packaging strap, width 13 mm, or 2000 m coil of packaging strap, width 16 mm

All components can be reordered individually. Strapping with individual printing is available upon request. The PP strap (polypropylene) features medium breaking strength and medium strap expansion. The sealing type can be sleeved or sleeveless, making it a classic and cost-effective strapping band.

Application: Suitable for light, flexible, and unstable products, such as sealing cardboard boxes.
