Heavy-duty large-shelf rack with chipboard supports, dimensions 2496 x 2410 x 600 mm. This basic rack is designed for manual storage of bulky and heavy goods. Support beams can be mounted and adjusted without screws. It is manufactured according to the guidelines and regulations of the European FEM 10.2.06 as well as Eurocode III.

Width of the basic rack without base plates is shelf width plus 100 mm, and with foot plates, it is shelf width plus 160 mm. The width of add-on shelving without foot plates is shelf width plus 50 mm, and with foot plates, it is shelf width plus 80 mm. The shelf depth including foot plates is shelf depth plus 10 mm.

The support frame consists of two steel posts, 1.5 mm thick, coated in blue RAL 5010. It features a "bottle profile" of 50 x 50 mm. The support frame crossbars and diagonals are made of galvanized C-profile, measuring 25 x 15 mm, and are screwed to the posts. Galvanized foot plates for floor fixing are 3 mm high, with screws and dowels provided on site. The floor adjustment grid is 50 mm.

Shelf levels are supported by beams with a Z-profile, coated in light gray RAL 7035. There are three suspension claws with safety pins for mounting the support beams. The chipboard supports are 19 mm thick. The load capacities apply with uniform load distribution, and additional levels are possible if the specified maximum bay load is observed.
