Heavy-duty shelving unit with large shelves and chipboard supports, dimensions HxWxD 1996 x 2410 x 600 mm, basic shelf. Designed for the manual storage of bulky and heavy goods. The beams can be assembled and adjusted without screws. Manufactured in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of the European FEM 10.2.06 and Eurocode III.

Width of the basic shelf - without base plates: shelf width + 100 mm; with base plates: shelf width + 160 mm. Width of the extension shelves - without base plates: shelf width + 50 mm; with base plates: shelf width + 80 mm. Shelf depth including base plates: shelf depth + 10 mm. The support frame consists of 2 steel posts, thickness 1.5 mm, blue RAL 5010 plastic-coated, in a "bottle profile" of 50 x 50 mm. The cross beams and diagonals of the support frame are made of galvanized C-profile, 25 x 15 mm, and are screwed to the posts. Galvanized base plates for floor anchoring, 3 mm high. Screws and dowels are available on-site. The foot adjustment grid is 50 mm.

The shelf levels are supported by beams with Z-profile, light gray RAL 7035 plastic-coated. Three suspension hooks with safety pins are included for mounting the beams. The chipboard supports have a thickness of 19 mm. The load capacities apply with uniform load distribution. Additional levels are possible, provided the specified maximum field load is adhered to.
