Baking trays are used for baking and roasting in the oven. The leak-proof moulds with high edges are made from a single piece - so cakes, quiches and casseroles turn out well and brown evenly. The extra-heavy trays have a cut-resistant non-stick enamel surface, conduct heat particularly well and are suitable for temperatures up to 230 degrees. There are round baking trays with a perforated thermal base for pizza and crostini and with a corrugated thermal base and pouring rim for chips. The rectangular oven baking trays fit perfectly in any oven thanks to a sliding catch and pull-out grid brackets. As they are finished with a non-stick coating, you can feel free to place the knife directly on the tray - you can cut into it without leaving a scratch.
