Product details
The LaFleur Extrême flower mix is a perennial blend that thrives well even in less than optimal locations. For example, this mix blooms in partial shade or in dry areas. Average height: With a height of about 50-60 cm, it is ideal for various design concepts without obstructing the view. Solution for difficult locations: Specifically developed to flourish even under less ideal conditions, such as shady spots or problematic soil conditions. Shade tolerant: This mix is particularly shade tolerant and is excellent for areas that are not exposed to direct sunlight all day. Flexible sowing times: Can be sown in both spring and autumn, allowing for flexible planning and providing the best start for the plants. Long lifespan: With proper care, a lifespan of 2-3 years is possible, making this mix a long-term solution for greening.

Instructions for use | A sowing rate of 4 - 6 g/m2 is recommended. Preparation is carried out in the same way as for a lawn: The soil should be worked to a depth of approx. 15-20 cm and loosened, e.g. by tilling. If it is an existing lawn, it must be stripped and removed, alternatively it can be "buried" by using an inverted tiller. Root residues, stones, etc. are removed. Early establishment of the fine levelling gives soil-borne seeds the opportunity to germinate. The emerging plants can then be mechanically controlled again before sowing. Fertilisation is not necessary, except on raw soils. A fine, crumbly seedbed must be created during the final preparation of the fine levelling. Sowing takes place in spring when frost is no longer expected. Depending on the location and weather conditions, this is between mid-April and mid-May. The longest flowering period is of course achieved with earlier sowing. If sown later, millet emergence can become a problem in hot, dry periods. Alternatively, this mixture can also be sown in early autumn. It will then flower the following spring. |
