VDE-insulated pliers, half-round, extended 160 mm with cutting function by Irimo [612V-160-1]:

One of the best half-round pliers in this class on the market. Suitable for work on equipment connected to a voltage of up to 1000 V according to IEC60900, and for daily use both at home and in the workshop.

These long pliers are made from high strength steel, and the cutting edges are hardened to 58-65 HRC. They are ideal for cutting copper and hard wire. The pliers were manufactured according to ISO 5745 standards.
