Description
Fully loadable after 15 minutes. Permanently plastic and universally applicable. High temperature resistance. Hylomar is a high-quality single-component sealant with a wide range of applications. Hylomar remains plastic with high adhesion and can therefore withstand dynamic loads as well as vibrations and shocks. Hylomar replaces conventional rigid seals and is universally applicable. Hylomar has an extremely high temperature resistance of -50°C to 250°C (temporarily up to 300°C). Hylomar is resistant to almost all liquids. Hylomar has an unlimited shelf life.
Examples of application
Sealing of engines and transmissions in the automotive and motorcycle industries, in tractor construction, in the electrical industry, in turbines and nuclear power plants, in mechanical engineering, in gearbox construction, in the food industry, in gas, water, and power plants, in pump construction, in mining, etc. Certificates from almost all leading automobile manufacturers as well as from the Federal Motor Transport Authority and Procurement Office are available. Hylomar is silicone-free.
