Fire-resistant acoustic foam made from open-cell melamine resin, which is flame retardant and features a self-adhesive back. It provides good thermal insulation with very low thermal conductivity. The acoustic absorption coefficient of the AVE series is 85% at 2000 Hz and 92% at 3150 Hz. Typical applications include plant engineering, thermal technology in buildings, and air conditioning. The size of the fireproof panels is 500 x 500 x 30 mm. Features include fire resistance according to M1/UL94 - B1/DIN 4102 and classification according to 0/BS476 6/7. The temperature range extends from 0 to +150 °C.
