Please note:

• The flame salmon board should not be permanently exposed to the elements.
• Always store the flame salmon board in a dry, protected place.
• Soak the flame salmon board in cold water for 3-6 hours before use.
• The stainless steel fish holder can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
• CUBE should only be turned over when the wood has completely burned down.
