Metal detector detectable HellermannTyton cable ties from the MCTPP series. These cable ties have been designed for use in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Thanks to a unique manufacturing process that incorporates a metallic pigment, even small fragments of the cable tie can be detected by standard metal detection equipment. These cable ties are ideal for the installation of wiring in manufacturing facilities. Features and benefits include magnetic and X-ray detectability, floating on the surface of most liquids for easy removal, excellent chemical resistance, remaining flexible and elastic at high temperatures, metal content distributed throughout the cable tie body, color coding for better identification, use as part of the HACCP process, and self-extinguishing (UL94 HB classification).
