The Hee Lounge Chair is based on the idea of creating a chair that impresses not only with its design but also with its sustainability. Hee Welling took inspiration from a classic chair, which he designed in his signature minimalist style with a focus on functionality. To make the Hee Lounge Chair particularly eco-friendly, the designer chose to use only a single material for its production. This approach avoids long transport routes to manufacturing sites and makes recycling significantly easier.

The Hee Lounge Chair is made exclusively from powder-coated steel. Despite its delicate appearance, this lounge furniture boasts exceptional stability. The seat shell and the sled base are made from 11-millimeter thick steel wire, which proves to be robust and durable in use. Thanks to its weather-resistant finish, the Hee Lounge Chair can be used both indoors and outdoors.
