Rust protecting paint for all bare, rusted, or old coatings of ferrous and non-ferrous metals after appropriate pre-treatment. Suitable for use on garden fences, garden furniture, stair and balcony railings, window grilles, lamps, bicycles, trellises, and windows.

Coloured paints are also suitable for radiators.

Hammerite paints are generally not suitable for painting motor vehicles, tempered surfaces (such as grills, oven pipes, brake calipers, engines, exhaust systems), surfaces subject to high mechanical stress (such as floors, lifting platforms, car underbodies), powder-coated objects, or components with permanent underwater contact (such as ladders of swimming pools, in the boat area, baskets for dishwashers, aquariums).
