The switch-disconnector according to DIN EN 60947-3 separates the supply side from the output side in electrical installations. The two different operating states can be recognized by the position of the toggle (ON = up, OFF = down). A device for locking the switching state in ON or OFF position is integrated and can be used with a standard padlock without additional accessories. A hinged cover with captive quick-release screw allows access to the installation space for optional auxiliary contacts and other releases. Integrated accessories can be recognized and identified via a viewing window without opening the hinged cover.
