The Grillfürst smoking attachment/smoking tower for Grillfürst Smokers 18" SK18 and SL18 is not only intended for smoking but can also be excellently used to expand the grilling area. For example, the meat can be cooked to 80% initially and then slowly finished to perfection in the smoking tower. In addition to providing more capacity on the Grillfürst Smoker, this also results in particularly juicy and tender outcomes. The grates in the smoking tower are also perfect for side dishes like potatoes and vegetables, which can cook gently alongside the meat.

The assembly of the Grillfürst smoking attachment is quick and straightforward. To upgrade your smoker with a smoking tower, simply remove the chimney pipe and replace it with the smoking attachment. The attachment is secured easily and quickly with a wing screw at the chimney socket of the cooking chamber. The smoking attachment comes with 2 grill grates, and there are 3 adjustable heights available inside. An additional grill grate can be ordered separately if needed. To smoke fish hanging, the smoking attachment has 2 rods on the lid, which are perfect for hanging smoke hooks.
