Product details
The 300-liter photovoltaic stand boiler generates hot water from the direct current of the directly connected photovoltaic modules. The storage tank has been specifically designed for use in traditional heating systems, such as those found in single-family homes. Three continuously adjustable MPP trackers ensure a photovoltaic heating output of up to 1800 W. Typically, about six directly connected photovoltaic modules are sufficient to provide a sustainable and cost-effective hot water supply for a family for much of the year. Optionally, an existing gas, oil, or pellet heating system can be connected to the heat exchanger integrated into the boiler. An electric heating element can also be retrofitted into the 1.5-inch thread of the storage tank. Both options allow for water reheating even on particularly sun-poor days. Since the entire system operates at low voltage, no electrician is required for commissioning. Additionally, the entire photovoltaic system is registration-free, as no electricity is fed into the grid (off-grid system).
