Five Gants RFX Race

The most advanced Five Advanced Gloves are designed for maximum performance. The RFX Race offers the highest level of safety currently available on the market, thanks to its triple protective shell made of duoplastic carbon fibre reinforced plastic. This material, typically found in aviation or Formula 1 racing, provides excellent abrasion resistance, making the glove a more effective protection than an ordinary glove in extreme situations, such as a long skid when the rider's hand is caught between the road surface and the motorbike. Protection is maximized by the use of full grain leather, multiple reinforcements with traditional carbon, and a Kevlar® inner lining. The palm is reinforced with Digital Pittards® leather for optimum grip in wet conditions. The Velcro closure is concealed under a protective leather flap to reduce the risk of the glove being torn off in a fall. Precision steering and comfort were the main considerations.
