Feuerdesign pizza stone with shovel, Ø 305 mm
Made of strong cordierite stone, heat-resistant up to 900°C. This stone can be used to bake several pizzas in a row without them burning on the underside. Unlike certain other materials, cordierite does not absorb too much heat and can withstand high temperature fluctuations. Can also be used in the oven for baking bread or on other grills. Not dishwasher-safe.
