The modular SL7 safety tower from Eaton enhances the safety, productivity, and availability of your machines and equipment. These new signal towers feature an attractive rounded shape, a 100 dB acoustic module for improved audibility, and IP66 mounting parts that are impermeable to strong water jets. The fast mounting and wiring system of the SL7 signal towers allows for simple and quick changes to the composition of the individual signal colors. The mounting adapter uses a bayonet socket, enabling the electrical wiring to be connected just once, allowing the lower part to remain on the machine. Various mounting options are available for applications with limited ceiling clearance or the need for different signals on the left or right side. Type approvals and certifications for Europe and North America have been obtained; shipping classifications and CCC are still pending.

Available colors for the international market include red, yellow, green, blue, clear, and orange. Lighting variants include continuous light, flashing light, stroboscopic light, and variable stroboscopic light. High-performance LEDs provide greater brightness. Acoustic modules offer up to 8 different signals with adjustable volume for optimal adaptation to any ambient conditions. The protection class is IP66, ensuring protection against strong water jets from any direction. Modules can be changed quickly with a simple rotation, and the bayonet mount allows for quick and easy assembly and disassembly. A transport cover is available for cables and connections. The product is available in 24, 120, or 230 V versions.
