Product details

The Eaton fire protection switch is the only proven technology for protection against fires caused by series fault arcs. In addition to circuit breakers or RCD/MCB switches, fire protection switches detect parallel and series fault arcs by continuously measuring the high-frequency noise of voltage and current for their intensity, duration, and the gaps in between. Integrated filters with intelligent software analyze these signals and trigger the disconnection of the connected circuit within fractions of a second in case of anomalies. The use of fire protection switches is particularly recommended in residential buildings, public buildings, libraries, museums, and fire-risk workplaces.
