The linear electric cylinder DSZY4 is equipped with a trapezoidal threaded spindle (ACME screw). This electric cylinder is a small, compact, and lightweight DC linear drive with high forces. An integrated diode circuit allows for quick direction reversal by simply reversing the voltage of the DC motor. By default, all DSZY4 types come with two integrated, non-adjustable limit switches directly connected to the DC motor. Overloading of the drive can be managed through separate monitoring and current limiting. Application areas include vehicle construction, lift tables, satellite dish adjustment, hospital beds, skylights, roof adjustments in greenhouses, mobile traffic signs, test stands such as accelerator adjustments, photovoltaic systems (tracking), flight simulators, flap adjustments on ship engines, locking mechanisms, and robotics.
