Residual current (rated differential current)2
Product details
The Doepke residual current circuit breaker (RCCB) is an essential safety device that interrupts the power supply when dangerously high fault currents occur. This not only protects people and animals but also electrical installations from potential damage. The DFS 4 series includes both two-pole and four-pole versions suitable for single-phase or three-phase networks. These compact devices are only four modular units wide in standard design and offer a variety of fault current types as well as rated currents up to 125 A. The large double-decker terminals allow for the use of large conductor cross-sections, while the tripped position of the multifunction switch lever facilitates troubleshooting. Additionally, a free labeling software supports the marking of the devices. Type A switches are both pulse and alternating current sensitive and provide network voltage-independent functionality. For use in charging stations for electric vehicles, special versions with additional functions for detecting smooth DC fault currents are available, providing an extra layer of safety.
- Two or four-pole versions for flexible applications
- Detection of smooth DC fault currents from 6 mA for additional safety
- LED display for monitoring operating states
- Particularly corrosion and moisture resistant due to special materials
- Suitable for use in charging stations for electric vehicles.
